Happy New Year! my amazing listeners. 2017 went by so fast, in the blink of an eye! So, today is a reflection episode…about where we've been as a hosting community and what we've been able to accomplish. 2017 has been challenging at times, for sure, but that's why we're here on The Hosting Journey…to journey together…
I'm a firm believer that sometimes we have to look back in order to continue moving forward. It's important NOT to dwell on just our errors, mistakes, or missteps (those, unfortunately, we tend to easily remember), but to take notice of where we've been and how far we've come as hosts. It's about our accomplishments and successes, as well.
So, welcome to the 2017 ¨memory lane¨ recap episode! And it's not just for The Hosting Journey podcast, but also for the Hosting Journey Facebook Group, which has grown by leaps and bounds; for Airbnb, which continues to take the globe by hosting storm; and my ¨Hot Mic¨ Co-Host and friend, Tammi Simms, who I found in the lovely, yet freezing, state of Montana and was able to wrangle just in time to give us some ¨reflection´´ today before she embarks on another one of her globe adventures!
Of course, we even had time to provide you with some tips, because you know how we work. So get ready for a fun-filled, informative walk back in time with: 2017: A Year in Review.
I want to thank you so much for joining me and also thank my dear friend, Tammi, from all the way up in Montana… and Wherever YOU are, my amazing listeners and followers, I wish you a very warm, heartfelt, and happy New Year! May your reflection on 2017 WOW YOU with everything you´ve been able to accomplish.
Get yourself ready for 2018! You will be surprised at ALL YOU will do and how far YOU will GO! It's gonna be amazing…I can feel it!
Enjoy THE NEW YEAR my dear hosts.
